As a Skilled Asset with our team, you will support executives by performing tasks such as:
  • Maintaining executive appointments/calendar

  • Email management and organization

  • Preparing presentations and/or spreadsheets

  • Social media management

  • Researching technologies and making recommendations

  • CRM administration: updates and data entry

  • Making travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels, restaurants)

  • Project assistance/coordination

  • Event planning and coordination

  • Personal tasks as needed

  • Executive a high level strategy for driving new business growth

Ideal candidates possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of experience in a remote setting & administrative role

  • Availability during business hours (Monday-Friday)

  • A reliable computer with the latest version of MS Office installed

  • Fast internet connection

  • Smartphone with email capabilities

Please note:
  • All extended contracts are contingent upon successful background checks, reference checks, and skills assessments.

  • This is a part-time, 1099 contractor role.

  • Contractors must provide their own necessary equipment (computer, phone, wifi)
