Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a remote sales setter and closer.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a commission-based position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, booking meetings, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and phone calls.
- Book meetings with potential clients and conduct follow-up calls and emails.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using our CRM system.
- Participate in weekly meetings for feedback and role-playing (optional)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must have a LinkedIn Sales Nav subscription and be willing to pay a small fee for our automation software.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Pay and Bonus Structure:
- This position is a 1099 commission-based only, and the successful candidate will receive a competitive commission rate for each sale & be responsible for covering their own taxes and expenses.
